Returns & Refunds


We offer the following return policy: 

1. A full refund for an unaltered wig with the tag intact within 10 business days. However;

2. Candidacy for returning your wig depends solely on defects in quality. The reason for this is that each of our wigs are custom crafted. Thus, you cannot unintentionally choose a color or size and return it.

3. The wig must be in unworn condition and odor free. It must be sent back with the original packaging.

4. All packages should be sent via a tractable method, with a signed returned receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


If you wish to receive a refund:

1. Contact us, providing a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for your refund request. 

2. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

3. Please allow 5-7 business days from our receiving of the returned wig for a refund to be processed.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to be reflected on your account.

5. No refunds are provided on custom orders or on precut wigs.



With us, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. However, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, meaning that once the manufacturing of your wig begins, the materials cannot be reused. Thus, we offer the following cancellation policy: 

1. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged 40% of the payment as a material fee for the manufacturer.

3. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged 50% of the payment as a material fee and for postage. For orders cancelled after shipment, you must send back the wig to us at your own expense. After we receive it, we will refund you 50% of your payment.
